Nutella Anyone?

Found this new site and if you like to cook you will love this girl. She has great receipes and they are for the most quite easy. She is into this stuff called Nutella. Has anyone every had it? I've seen it and never knew what it was but I'm for sure going to try it. It's a creamy hazelnut spread from Italy. Sounds divine! Check her site out. http://www.bellalimento.com. This is a Great idea!

I found this idea from the Farm Chicks. Click on My Sweet Savannah blog that I follow and go to "Farm Chicks." You get old vintage soda bottles, sterilize them and fill with your favorite drink. They happen to use chai vanilla tea, corked them with corks bought at Lowes and there you have it! This would be fun for the 4th of July. I'm now on a quest to find old bottles. Yeh!

OK so I've been gone for about a week traveling to South Lake Tahoe and visiting with my family on my mom's side from Cali. We had such a great time. I got to re-connect with cousins that I haven't seen in a couple of years and let me tell you it was a time to remember. This wild bunch is wild and when you look the pictures, a picture really does tell a thousand words.

We've had weddings and yes Angelina we love you maybe almost more that than Seth. . . and if we had to pick it might be hard. (but we would pick you :D)

We have stayed in the same house for about 15 years and we just seem to fall into place when we all get there. We hang out, shop, some of us gamble, shop, eat, read, shop, eat and gamble. Thats pretty much it! The weather was cold most of the time and then turned sunny on Wed. and Thurs.

Thanks to Aunt Patty and mom for making this happen for all of us. I know we will try our hardest to keep this ritual on-going. We love you!

I just want to say that I'm so glad I got to go this year and thank you to my beautiful cousins and their significant others for making me laugh and feel great about life. I love you all!

Viking Man Race

We had some exciting stuff happening at our house this am. The Viking Man triathlon was going on here and they asked if they could use our dock to start their swim. We were happy to accomodate. It has been stormy and rainy the last two days and the tempertures have dropped. Very brave people to go out in this weather! 6am cars started to arrive and by 6:45 they were piling in the backyard. They had three groups, 20 and up, 30 and up and then 50 and up. It was great to see all those people do something they have a passion for. They eased their way in the river and off they went. The B-Day Party

Kenzi and Brianna has birthdays on the same day.

OK We had a great time. Lots of people came over and they played in the water. Don't even know how many were here. The cake was a hit of course, an AMP can that looked like the energy drink. It was great. Take a look at the pictures. Lotsa of fun to start off the summer right!

Kenzi received a ticket to Black Eyed Peas Concert and a plane ticket to stay with Aunt Ging for a couple of days. She got a great book bag from gram and enjoyed being with Lacey. Gram and Grandpa were super to have around. We had a blast. Check out the pictures and they really say a thousand words!
